KLOW Peptide

Mechanism, Dosing, Effects

KLOW is a multi-peptide regenerative blend combining TB-500 (10 mg), BPC-157 (10 mg), KPV (10 mg), and GHK-Cu (50 mg) for a total of 80 mg per vial. The formulation is designed to provide synergistic support for tissue repair, inflammation control, collagen synthesis, and recovery by targeting multiple biological pathways simultaneously.

This protocol presents a once-daily subcutaneous approach, structured as 5 days on / 2 days off, to support recovery while allowing regular physiological breaks.

Mechanism of Action

KLOW works through complementary peptide mechanisms:

  • TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4): Promotes cell migration, angiogenesis, and tissue regeneration by regulating actin dynamics and repair signaling.
  • BPC-157: Supports tendon, ligament, muscle, and gut tissue repair through angiogenic and cytoprotective pathways.
  • KPV: A potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide that inhibits NF-κB signaling and reduces inflammatory cytokine activity.
  • GHK-Cu: A copper-binding peptide that stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis, supports wound healing, and modulates gene expression related to tissue remodeling.

Together, these peptides provide structural repair, inflammation control, and regenerative signaling rather than targeting a single pathway.

Dosing Strategy (5 Days On / 2 Days Off)

Reconstitution

  • Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to one vial
  • Total concentration: ~26.7 mg/mL
  • Per-unit breakdown (U-100 syringe, 1 unit = 0.01 mL):
    • TB-500: ~33 mcg per unit
    • BPC-157: ~33 mcg per unit
    • KPV: ~33 mcg per unit
    • GHK-Cu: ~167 mcg per unit

Daily Dose (Active Days)

  • GHK-Cu: 2 mg daily
  • Corresponding total injection volume: ~12 units (0.12 mL) once daily
  • This delivers:
    • ~400 mcg TB-500
    • ~400 mcg BPC-157
    • ~400 mcg KPV
    • ~2 mg GHK-Cu

Schedule

  • Inject once daily for 5 consecutive days
  • Take 2 days off
  • Repeat weekly

Cycle Length

  • Typical duration: 8–12 weeks
  • Optional extension: up to 16 weeks depending on recovery goals

Effects and Outcomes

Based on preclinical and early human research, this protocol may support:

  • Accelerated tissue repair and wound healing
  • Reduced local and systemic inflammation
  • Improved collagen synthesis and connective tissue integrity
  • Enhanced angiogenesis and blood flow to healing tissues
  • Improved recovery from musculoskeletal strain or injury

The 5-on / 2-off structure may help reduce receptor fatigue and inflammatory rebound while maintaining consistent regenerative signaling.

Safety and Tolerability

KLOW is generally well tolerated when used at moderate daily volumes:

  • Most common effects: mild injection-site redness or irritation
  • Occasional lightheadedness may occur due to vasodilatory effects (primarily from GHK-Cu)
  • Human clinical data on long-term combined peptide use is limited; protocols are extrapolated from individual peptide research
  • Avoid continuous daily use without breaks for extended periods

General Safety Notes

  • Use sterile technique and a new insulin syringe for each injection
  • Rotate injection sites (abdomen, thigh, upper arm)
  • Store lyophilized vials frozen; refrigerate after reconstitution (2–8 °C)
  • Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles
  • Discontinue use if unusual or persistent adverse reactions occur
